Geoff Johns Reveals Stargirl and Titans" Crossover Plans Before Shows" Cancelation*

WARNING: This article includes spoilers from Titans season 4, episode 9, "Dude, Where's My Gar?"Before The CW canceled the show in 2022, there were plans for an additional Stargirl and Titans crossover, according to Geoff Johns. While Stargirl was unfortunately canceled after only three seasons, the Arrowverse-esque drama got one more shine through Titans. In this week's episode, "Dude, Where's My Gar?" Beast Boy grew stronger in his connections with The Red, which allowed him to travel across the multiverse. One of the Earths he traveled to was Earth-2, the universe where Stargirl comes from, allowing The CW and HBO Max shows to do a crossover.
However, it appears that there would have been more crossovers beyond Titans season 4 if Stargirl had been renewed. According to Johns, who was the Stargirl showrunner and an executive producer on Titans, the moment Beast Boy and Stargirl met would have been referenced in season 4 of The CW drama. In an interview with DC, Johns revealed that Ryan Potter's Beast Boy might have even stuck behind in Blue Valley for an actual episode.

If we had done a season four of Stargirl, we would have referenced this scene. Maybe we would have kept Gar in Blue Valley for an episode.
