The Marvels Is Fixing An MCU Captain Marvel Complaint*

The Marvels is the long-awaited return of Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), and it’s fixing a big complaint about her past appearances. After her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe back in 2019 in her solo movie and a couple of brief appearances in other movies, Captain Marvel is finally coming back for a new adventure in The Marvels, where she will reunite with Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) and meet Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), with whom she will have to team up to uncover a couple of mysteries, while also coming across villain Dar-Benn (Zawe Ashton).
The Marvels will see Captain Marvel, Monica, and Kamala swapping places with each other every time they use their powers, this after an investigation into a wormhole linked to the Kree that ends up entangling their powers. Carol, Monica, and Kamala will have to join forces to find out why they keep swapping places and how to fix it, but this mission will also lead them to confront some issues between them, particularly between Carol and Monica. The first trailer for The Marvels gave viewers a taste of their upcoming mission, but it also shows that the movie is fixing a big Captain Marvel complaint that arose after her brief appearances in other movies.
