What"s Going On In The Marvels? Why Carol, Kamala & Monica Swap Places*

The first teaser trailer for The Marvels has been released online, showcasing a body-swap adventure of epic proportions for Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Ms. Marvel. However, it's not fully clear why the new trio keeps switching places in the first place. Setting up a series of misadventures every time one of them tries to use their powers, it seems as though Carol, Monica, and Kamala will be bonded together (whether they want to be or not).
In the new trailer for The Marvels, Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) is working with Nick Fury in space when she enters a nearby wormhole. However, Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) is the young hero who comes out, flying toward the confused Fury yet excited by the prospect of becoming an Avenger. Tying into the Ms. Marvel show where Kamala and Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) swapped places, it's now further confirmed that the body-swapping at the end of the Disney+ series was only the beginning.
