10 The Incredible Hulk Questions The MCU Is Finally Answering*

With elements of The Incredible Hulk slowly returning to MCU canon, here is every question that can be answered from the 2008 film. Tim Roth’s Emil Blonsky/Abomination was one of the first hints that Marvel Studios would once again lean into the characters and plot threads of the forgotten MCU film. After appearances in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Ring and She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, Abomination was only the first step back into the world of The Incredible Hulk besides brief appearances from the late William Hurt as Thunderbolt Ross in Phase 3.
With Phase 5though, the MCU is essentially creating The Incredible Hulk 2 with Captain America 4. Thunderbolt Ross has been recast, with Harrison Ford bringing the character into Phase 5. Other appearances from Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/The Leaser and the return of Liv Tyler’s Betty Ross only cement Captain America: New World Order's status as a pseudo-Incredible Hulk continuation.
