The Flash Director Spoils Major Cameo That Reshapes 25 Years Of The DC Multiverse*

The Flash movie director Andy Muschietti reveals a massive spoiler from the upcoming DCEU film that takes the DC multiverse to a whole new level. Ezra Miller's upcoming The Flash film will not only serve as Barry Allen's major cinematic adventure, but tap into the larger DC multiverse. As Barry attempts to save his mother from being murdered in the past, the Scarlet Speedster ends up creating a whole new reality with dire consequences. This paves the way for Michael Keaton's Batman, with the actor returning to the role for the first time since 1992.
However, Keaton isn't the only iconic actor to be appearing in the upcoming movie. In fact, despite The Flash coming out in less than a month, the film's own director let slip a massive spoiler regarding the movie's cameos. In an interview with Esquire Middle East, Muschietti revealed that Nicolas Cage has a cameo in The Flash movie as Superman. While Cage has yet to comment on it, Muschietti shared the following about getting to work with the Hollywood icon:

Nic was absolutely wonderful. Although the role was a cameo, he dove into it… I dreamt all my life to work with him. I hope I can work with him again soon. He is a massive Superman fan. A comic book fanatic.
