Dark MCU Theory Imagines How Daredevil Experienced Thanos’ Snap*

The effect of Thanos' snap on Matt Murdock can be shown during Marvel Studios' upcoming Daredevil: Born Again. The MCU's Phase 4 dealt heavily with the impact of Avengers: Endgame's five-year Blip, which started during Avengers: Infinity War when Thanos completed his mission, and snapped half of the population of the universe out of existence. As such a monumental and historic event, there are questions surrounding why life during the Blip hasn't properly been examined, especially when many of the MCU's heroes were directly affected by the tragic turn of events at the end of the MCU's Infinity War.
One upcoming Disney+ series that could explore the Blip in greater detail is Daredevil: Born Again. It's widely assumed that Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock, a.k.a. Daredevil, was a victim of Thanos' snap, creating a void in the MCU's street-level heroes that allowed looming crime boss Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. Kingpin, to acquire even more power during those tragic five years. While this hasn't been confirmed, Marvel Studios have the opportunity to show a much darker side to the Blip, perhaps even gifting audiences a new perspective on the Avengers: Infinity War story that has previously been told.
